A complete layout of every connection so they line up and nothing surprises you on site. Every trade knows exactly where to run what.
What height to bring the drains to and exactly where to place sockets for the dishwasher, oven, fridge or coffee machine, so nothing gets in the way and the cables reach.
Detailed drawings of cabinets, widths, depths and how they open. I watch the ergonomics, so the cooling, washing and cooking zones follow one another logically and you do not pace needlessly around the kitchen.
